SOFT TISSUE THERAPY

• Trigger point therapy to release knots and reduce pain
• Active Release Techniques (ART) to break down scar tissue
• Cross-fiber friction to break down scar tissue and aid healing
• Manual compression for muscle tension relief and circulation
• Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) to treat restrictions

MANUAL THERAPY

• Passive movement of joints and soft tissues to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Joint mobilization involves controlled, rhythmic movements to restore joint function
• Manipulative techniques, like high-velocity low-amplitude thrusts, target specific joint misalignments

DRY NEEDLING

• Used to alleviate muscle pain, improve range of motion, and restore muscle function
• Identification of trigger points (taut bands of muscle) that are causing pain or dysfunction
• Insertion of thin, sterile needles into these trigger points to stimulate a twitch response and promote muscle relaxation
