Where are you located?
We are located in Umm Suqiem 1, Jumeirah Beach Road, Dubai (adjacent to kite beach). You can search for “Zia Medical Center” in google/apple maps for exact locations to our facility, or call us on 043387878 for directions.
What are your operating hours?
We are open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do you provide parking?
Yes. Valet Parking is available for all clinic patients free of charge.
Can I walk in, or do I need to make an appointment?
You don’t need an appointment as we accept walk in patients. However, to avoid unnecessary waiting times, we encourage you to make a prior appointment.

What about co-pays?
Co-pays are expected at the time of service. Payment may be made by debit/credit card or cash. For your convenience there is an ATM located in our building
How early should I arrive?
If you are a new patient, plan to arrive 30 minutes early. Registration for new patients is done at the first or second floor reception desks. Return patients should arrive 15 minutes early.
What should I bring?
Please bring the following:
Current Insurance Card
Current Emirates ID
Any previous Lab, X-ray or Test results
List of current medications you are currently taking
Referral forms from primary care physician

There is a cafeteria located on the second floor of the clinic for the convenience of our patients.
