Don’t skip breakfast

A wholesome breakfast can help boost your metabolism, which helps you burn more weight. Whereas skipping breakfast can cause you to lose focus, lack energy and overeat throughout the day. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fiber breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yoghurt, whole-wheat toast, and a boiled egg.
